Plumbing
Pasadena charged $75.00 just to come out, they evaluated the situation and snaked the drain for $350.00. They then said the real problem was out of their expertise and called another company to come out. The sewer lines on the street had been having problems and the second company that came out fixed the problem. Because I was not at the property while this was happening I called pasadena later to ask about the charges. I just wanted to know why the total cost was $425.00. I did not question or accuse them of over charging I just wanted them to explain the cost. The first person I talked to started yelling and swearing at me, he transferred me to a woman who also began to yell and call me rude. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
