[see above]   Have employed them to do several jobs in the yard, &    they do a good job,  reasonably in everything they do.  Am very glad to have found them.  

These guys were a big help with taking over the lawn mowing in the middle of the Summer.  We were using another company and we always had to call them to come.  If we didn't, they wouldn't come.  It was frustrating.  I called this place and the man I spoke with came by right away to look at my lawn and give me a quote.  He said they would come every other Friday; no need to call.  He also said, if for some reason they don't make it on Friday, they will be here on Saturday.  They did just that.  I never had to call and remind them to come.  Very nice, fast and they did a great job with the lawn.  I'm planning to use them this coming Summer.

I should have been skeptical because I called AGV on 10/26/12 and didn't get an answer and left no message. He called me back TWICE later on that day (I guess he has caller-id) and said he was available to cut my mother's grass the next morning and would charge $40. He arrived on time with a worker. Within 15 minutes, he had "finished". When my mother asked him why he hadn't cut the grass on the side of the house (she'd moved her car so that he would have access), he told her "That doesn't need cutting". When she mentioned that there were patches in the back yard that also hadn't been cut, he walked away, stating "I don't need this s***!". He didn't ask for any payment and, needless to say, she didn't pay him anything. The other reviews here must have been submitted by Mr. Guevera or his relatives!

The service and work was great.    I would highly recommend Albert and his team.

Excellent.  Does a great job cutting the grass and trimming of large yard.  The only contractor I spoke to who was willing to cut my grass without me having to sign a contract, and was flexible on the timing.  Many contractors require you sign a contract and commit to a specific number of visits, including weekly visits in April/May.  AGV does not require a contract and is flexible enough to do what you ask.

They were very nice. For the grass cutting service, they seem to be cutting corners more than they used to. Cutting the grass when it did not need to be cut due to lack of rain. Cutting with too big a mower so when they went over bump - it took all the grass off and left a bald patch. They also will cut it when the grass is very wet - and it left ruts in the ground.

They are very reliable and professional. I haven?t compared their price with any other company and hence, I would not be able to comment on their price. I haven?t had to call them anytime and their punctuality is fine.

AVG did a full leaf removal and yard cleanup, once in early Oct and again in mid-Nov ($120 each time), and a final run-through in mid-Dec (not as much debris that time, lower price - $80). They were very curteous, punctual, professional, and did a wonderful job each time - they even went around my Christmas decorations and wiring without disturbing anything! I plan on using them next spring/summer for cutting the grass as well. Highly recommended!

I would recommend them. I have only had them this summer. They have been perfectly reliable. I found them through word of mouth. Mr. Albert Guevara is the owner of the company. I don?t have any complaints about them. They come out every week and check with me and see if I need a cut or if they have to wait for a week. They are knowledgeable and courteous. They are open for extra jobs. They tackle anything I ask them to.
