Steve was friendly, very knowledgeable and professional, and an excellent communicator. The crew, headed by Steve himself, was very careful not to damage other trees or the newly installed fence. Care was taken for the crew members' safety with appropriate gear. The use of specialized equipment enabled them to efficiently complete the task within one day Additionally, Steve looked at our other trees and gave valuable advice regarding improving their health.

They did a good job and were quick and cleaned up.

They're an excellent company. They're very reasonable and very responsive. They have the willingness to take care of the situation as quickly as possible.

I'd used this company's services first in 2011, for a very fair price, and was entirely pleased. I called in May of 2014 to have the same type of service done the following month. His crew arrived on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up thoroughly. The owner, Steve Pupkar supervises on the job.

I do this every three years to minimize the chance of tree damage from bad storms. Steve is extremely knowledgeable, and a complete professional. His crew is well-trained and careful. Again, the price was quite good, and the work was done properly.

On the night of July 13th, we had a huge storm, with 70mph winds, and a medium-sized limb was broken and came down, but was still partially attached. The broken limb was completely healthy, but was a victim of the ferocity of the storm.

I called Steve on Monday, the 14th, and he had a crew at my house on Tuesday morning. They cut up the limb, trimmed the broken stump still on the tree, and cleaned up all the debris. AND, Steve did not charge me anything for this damage recovery effort.

When I asked him about the possible need for cabling the limbs, he advised against it, saying it would likely have little or no effect on future safety. He did NOT grab a chance to sell me work that was both unnecessary and useless. As I said, he's utterly professional.

Took a while to get the work scheduled as Steve Pupkar is a very busy guy, but once the work was scheduled Steve and his guys showed up and did the work in a timely manner. The two tree's are in our backyard so we are happy to have more light coming in and hopefully will be able to grow grass now. Steve is extremely knowledge and was able to explain everything to us in great detail and provide us with many valuable tips on how to care for our trees going forward.

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience with Steve Pupkar. He was extremely knowledgeable and very informative to help us understand a few of the tree issues we have on our property. He removed 2 trees including the stumps, and also removed 4 additional stumps left behind by previous owners (3 were included in the estimate but he found one small one during the job which he removed as a courtesy at no additional cost!). His crew arrived on time, worked diligently and quickly, and did an excellent job at clean up. He also diagnosed a decaying tree and gave us the best options for dealing with it. All this, and his price was FAR below other estimates. We couldn't be happier and would recommend him to anyone needing a tree service.

Pupkar did a great job. They took care of the trees and the stumps to boot. Their people were very careful and considerate (we had a large tree right next to the house). I would definitely recommend them for tree services.

Steve Pupkar came out on the date we set, did the work in about five days to our satisfaction, clean up the entire area. His work included the removal of about 40 trees, 75 bushes and stump grinding. In addition he hauled in top soil, seed and straw to cover of the disturbed areas. I needed some addition work done after this job and called him, even though he was quit busy he was able to the extra work within two weeks.

He is a certified arborist and he has done a few jobs for us. He is always responsive, he does a good and professional job, and he is reasonably priced. He does expert work on trees and gives expert advice. The workers are very skilled. I haven’t had any complications and I would recommend them.
