They were great and went above and beyond what we expected. This was to be used as a work space so the finishing details did not need to be perfect. The space is much nicer than I thought we could afford or had expected. They could have easily just slapped drywall onto the existing studs but they didn't want it to be that wavy so they basically reframed the entire attic space before the drywall team came in and it didn't cost us much extra. They actually said they got a little carried away because they just couldn't leave the space so uneven so they didn't charge for the extra time. It was a tricky space to get to but they managed to cause minimal disruption to the rest of our home. Every time a sub -contractor was on-site, one of the owners was also on-site to make sure all went well.
