They came out and they did a free design. My next door neighbor and I went together because we wanted our houses to compliment each other. This designer came out and he didn't make us pay to have him come out. He was really good and he kind of got you excited about it and all. They had a lifetime warranty on the service. The pricing was high. At first everything seemed good and then I started having problems with my hardscape. They came back three or four times, I still need to have them come back again. Things just didn't hold up well. In the landscaping, he knew we were taking the trees down out front. He gave us the guy to call to do that so we did that. The vent material he put in was shady so a lot of it didn't stand up. So, I had that replaced three or four times. Then they no longer honor the lifetime warranty on plants. It was sort of disappointing for the money but I blame the designer. He put the sand stuff between the stones, it always washed away. Eventually they come out, it takes them awhile. I need to call them about the hardscaping again. It'll probably be a couple of months before they come out because eventually they do come out.
