Really not a professional company. They shattered my storm door and did not make the process simple to fix the damages they did. I even spoke to the owner, and he didn't seem to care much. I would really advise any HOA or individual to stay away from their services.

I walked out to my car and saw the damage. I immediately contacted our management office who game me McFall and Berry's contact information. I contacted Lisa Morton who is their damage control manager and I was assured I would be taken care of, and that the person who hit my vehicle was fired. Within a couple of days I got stonewalled and they would not release any information regarding the person who hit my vehicle, who was apparently an outside contractor, not one of their employees. I filled a police report and they only started to cooperate after the officer suggested that if they did not co-operate he would continue to investigate and hold someone responsible. Suddenly they decided to work with me again and their insurance took care of everything except for a few minor things, such as differences between new and re-cycled parts. I received email from Mrs. Lisa Morton stating they would cover any such differences. Some recycled parts were not available (the garage had to buy new parts) so I forked over the money from my own pocket and when I submitted paperwork to her she told me that she needs to see further proof I paid these bills. In the end, I gave up with ~167 left unpaid. To this day this has cost me a ton of headache, and some expense.

I actually have Mcfall do this service for me once a week and that is how I pay them as well. He does very well with it. On a 1-10 I would rate them a 10 all the way around because of the value. The charge of course is going to depend on the size of your lawn. They are a very good company and I have no problems with them. They did a great job for me and they still do.
