From start to finish, the job did not go as planned Contractor's workers left dirt/marks all over our new hall carpet when in fact they had plastic they never put down. We were told the job would take 1 week, but it ended up almost 2 months. Contractor fixed the initial cracks he made in the floor tile and threshold, however, the shower tile is badly placed, uneven, and the grout doesn't match. Contractor refused to make corrections. Contractor was often late, or didn't show up on specified days. Plumbing leaked after the renovation that ruined our kitchen ceiling. 6 months after the tub re-glazing, the epoxy is peeling off the tub. We did not make the final payment due to these deficiencies, and contractor never argued about it.
