I contacted Mr. Curtis 2.5 months ago to have the work done. I gave a lot of lee way since there has been a lot of rain in my area this spring. After 6 weeks, I reached out to find out when he would be able to do the work, he told me after Memorial Day. By mid June I called again and he said..."oh, uhhh I will be there in 3-4 days". After finally coming to my property, he said the rate would be more now since there were so many weeds and vines. I pointed out to him that if he didn't forget about me and had come in a more timely manner, there would not have been so much work. He never apologized about forgetting and the work was just average. I will not be using this service again, and advise others to do the same. Updated 6/26/2019: Mr. Curtis was anything but professional. I contacted Mr. Curtis early April to do my spring yard cleanup. After 6 weeks, I called again, he said he would do the work after Memorial Day. By June 14th I called again and he said"o-o-o-h, ah-h-h I will be there in 3-4 days. By the time he finally came to do the work, there were a lot of weeds. I told him that if he hadn't forgotten about me, there wouldn't be that many weeds. We settled on a price( more than in previous years), he came and did an average job. That weekend , I was in the yard and noticed that all the branches and limbs that he had picked up in the yard were "hidden" behind my shed!(see picture). I told him about this and he said removing limbs/twigs was not part of the job, and he would charge extra for this. WTF? I have my yard done every spring and have NEVER had the landscaper charge for this. He didn't even apologize for forgetting until I called him out. I will not be using this business again, advise you to do the same.
