I am writing this review after our 3rd canceled appointment. We have a leak, had them come out and diagnose the problem. After the initial appointment they scheduled the repair. Then ghosted us. Then we rescheduled, then they ghosted a 2nd time. So I called and confirmed a time when they could finish the job, but again, they cant make it. Other jobs are more important than our scheduled times. We paid: 08/29/2024 SPARTAN PLUMBING HEATIBRENTWOOD MD USA $444.00 for holes in the drywall, no fix, scheduling hassles, and it's still leaking causing damage. I will request a refund

Look for another. Don't use them. Their scam is to not tell you prices before a visit (which alone costs $99) and then charge by the job, not the hour once there. If you go over $500 you don't get the $99 back so they price simple sink drain snakings like mine at $495. But by then you are stuck. As was I since I needed it done. I ended up paying almost $600 for about an hour and later learned the national average is half that or below. Their seniors discount was a paltry 4.17%.

I've been using them for 15 years. They completed the job in a timely manner and they do a professional job. They respond quickly. There was one worker that completed the service. It took about an hour to complete.

I've been using Spartan Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for quite some time like when things get backed up or... but they aren't large enough to do any major plumbing work. But yeah, my drain gets clogged up in my bathroom which happened not too long ago. I guess they're very good for small jobs. They're very punctual and come out 24/7... sometimes when you have a system that's clogged and you need it to get fixed right away. Well I use them frequently for small stuff and they're very good even if it's small. If you want a new furnace, they're not the company to call but they're very good. I use them to unclog a lot of stuff. They're very good for handling smaller jobs but they don't do furnace installation as far as I know. I would use them again depends on the nature of the problem.

I've had an annual service contract on this rental dwelling near Logan Circle with Spartan for three or more years now.  They are flawless: Their dispatchers work equally well with me and my tenants; their technicians are happy, friendly, "real," professional people who do not press to sell me optional services or overpriced products; and all their paperwork, statements, invoices, etc. are clear and well organized.
Yesterday a plumbing tech and an HVAC tech arrived exactly as scheduled for some troubleshooting and seasonal HVAC maintenance service.  A tenant reported a garbage disposal that would not start after several reset attempts, and they arrived with a replacement on their truck.  However, the plumber was able to reset the existing disposal and there was no issue or attitude about the "false alarm" and suspended replacement.  The HVAC guy was equally noble about my decision not to upgrade the old over-complicated thermostat with a more user friendly high tech model.  They both filled me in thoroughly on the current state of maintenance of the plumbing and HVAC systems, discussed future maintenance and improvements, and presented me with detailed invoices for $89.00.  Today, one of their top managers, Chris, called me to say the technicians' visit was completely covered by my Peace of Mind service contract, and she would be sending my check back.
They have saved me many agonizing hours and dollars in the past, and Spartan's professionality and integrity shine through again.

Very well! Technician was very competent, professional & honest. He arrived outside the agreed appointment scheduled.
