Timely and with very little inconvenience while the front door was inaccessible. Nice historic stonework, matching what previously existed.

He visited to examine the fan that was not working, determined a belt needed replacing but the motor was fine. He removed the belt, located a replacement (it is a very old model), and returned to install the belt. There is
no stair access to the attic, so he had to remove the cover and replace
from a ladder. He assisted in cleaning the cover and the fan after
doing his work. He was timely, responsive and professional.
