Floors turned out ok with the exception of the trim work ... very poor. Lots of nails sticking out of the trim. He used lots of putty to try and cover the nails. When asked to fix ... he ignored the issue. Cabinet installation was good. The granite counter top was broken in one spot (about the size of a golf ball) when installed. Heldin's granite guy (Pablo) tried to fixed it twice when I asked that it be replaced. Upon replacement, Pablo could not get a good fit so he jacked up one end of the counter (adding trim to cover) and filled in the seam with purple filler (granite was green butterfly). So now I have this green granite with a purple line down the center. I ask that the purple be removed ... Pablo fills it with black. My granite looks awful with the black line down the middle. I asked that the entire granite be replaced for a good fit and match. Heldin/Pablo agreed. I also asked if they did not want to do the job they could reimburse my money and I would ask another contractor to install the granite properly. Two different dates Heldin/Pablo said they were coming ... last date being July 10, 2012. This has been going on since February of 2012. They did not show up ... one blaming the other. To date, nothing has been done. My calls/emails are not answered. Heldin Quintanilla is very dishonest. He took my money and did not perform the services he was hired to do.
