"Thanks very much for your review. Glad that you were pleased with our service."
"I'm so glad to hear that. Both of these guys have decades of experience, and Jim has been with us for 8 years - but Kevin is new to our company, so I'm really glad to know that they did well together. Thanks!"
"Thanks so much! Glad that you were pleased with our service. We appreciate your sharing your positive experience for others to see."
"Very glad to know that you were pleased. Thanks for letting us know!"
"Thanks for the 5-star review! Please let us know if you need any additional service."
"I love your comment and thank you for all the 5 stars - next time we'll want to get that additional 1/2 star on the overall score! Something to shoot for!"
"Thanks for your comments. I will be sure to share them with Terry at our next staff meeting."
"Thanks for the 5 star rating. We are glad that you were pleased with our service and look forward to working with you again soon."
"Very sorry that this customer was not pleased with the work, but some clarification is in order. The completion of the ceiling fan included removing a junction box and patching drywall. We installed cross bracing in the cabinet under her sink, which required removing the garbage disposal. Quality work takes time. The cost was $400."
"Very sorry that this customer had a bad experience. I would like to research this job to better understand what happened and try to correct it, but with only a first name a city to go on, I have no way to look it up. In similar circumstances, I do indeed ask customers to call me. I do not have the opportunity to come back and update the review unless the customer does first (only one response per review is allowed by most of these websites). But if we do sub-par work, then we correct it. That's why we have so many positive reviews and so few negatives - we don't claim to be perfect, but we are honest and we are fair. As for the disparaging comments made by a competitor. Really? Sorry, but that bit of hearsay is inaccurate and lacks credibility. I do agree that word of mouth is the best way to choose a contractor. It's the biggest source of new customers for us."
"Thanks for your positive comments and 5 star review. We appreciate your sharing your experience on this site. Seems like people these days tend to only speak up when something goes wrong, so we are really grateful to all of our customers that take the time to compliment us!"
"Thanks for choosing Mr. Handyman. We are glad that you were pleased with our service."
"I'll be sure to tell Bill that you were pleased with both his skill and his advice."
"I appreciate your mentioning that he explained everything up front. That's an important part of our process - when the tech arrives he reviews the job, makes sure he understands the customers' expectations and explains exactly how he is going to proceed. Solves a lot of problems before they occur..."
"Sounds like you had a good "punch list" for him. That's smart. Our guys have a wide range of skills, so the real value in our service comes when you can call one company to get several things done at once."
"Thanks for the 5 star review! We look forward to working with you again."
"Very sorry that this customer did not have a good experience. I reached out to him and discussed his issue. It is worth noting that the repairs that we did were done correctly and done in a timely manner. The customer was concerned because he felt like our price for a replacement faucet should be the same as what Home Depot charges. I explained why it doesn't work that way, but he did not accept my explanation. I offered him a discount that was a "meet in the middle" solution, but he instead chose to dispute the charges on his credit card. He was not successful in that approach."
"Thanks very much for your feedback! Very glad that you were pleased with our service, and we appreciate your taking the time to post this review!"
"Thanks for your kind words. I must admit, that you gave me a bit of a chuckle. No more clueless handyman!"
