I most appreciated their patience because it took a long time to do the job but not thru any fault of their own. They did everything the insurance would allow. They hung in there and were patient while the tenant went thru his belongings so they could work. The office staff is very professional, they sent paperwork timely, emailed, and sent faxes. They handled everything in regards to the insurance and I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all. They made it very easy on me. It was an amazing, wonderful gift.
Description of Work: I had a flood in the whole downstairs. They put in new rugs, tile floor, dishwasher, new plumbing in regards to the kitchen sink and bathroom. They also painted the walls and floor boards. They completely refurbished the downstairs of the home.
