I needed 2 trees and 5 stumps removed. The pine tree was extremely tall. John Butler was available to schedule a quick appointment. He arrived on time and was polite. He provided me with an estimate immediately. I still had additional estimates that I hadn't received so I couldn't give him a decision during our initial meeting. He would have been the lowest estimate except another company was offering an additional deal to Angie's List customers. Since I had a positive meeting with Mr. Butler, I wanted to give him an opportunity to match the price. He did and performed the work in less than a week. I would hire or recommend him again. He provided top notch customer service. He explained everything that he would do for the price and completed the work in a timely fashion.
