BILL'S ROOFING & SIDING

I contacted Bill's Roofing and Siding in 12/05 for a leaking roof on my town home. They did not physically come to my home to fix the problem until 1/06 after a email complaint and numerous calls. My scheduled date kept being pushed back until I sent a another complaint threatening to having my deposit refunded. They kept making excuses of rain that prevented them from working even through there were plenty of sunny days forecasted. I paid $1400 to have the roof repaired and everything was fine until a heavy rain came in the summer and my roof began to leak in the same exact place again! It was like the repair was NEVER done. After numerous calls and leaving angry messages on the voice mail, I finally received a call back from the secretary stating that she would send Bill out to investigate the same week. He never came. After more calls, the secretary left me a voice mail stating that Bill finally came out (weeks later) but I would need to replace the whole roof. I feel ripped off.
