Robert Battle came out to assess the floors at the house. He came 15 minutes before he was scheduled to be there and I was surprised because many contractors I have dealt with usually arrive a little late. He looked at the floors and discussed the various options with me. He gave me a quote and proceeded to do the work the next day. I was grateful because I had family coming in out of town and I wanted everything to look fabulous. When the job was complete, I had a new house and the work reflected superior craftsmanship. Robert takes pride in his work and I will definitely be calling him for my hardwood floor maintenance services such as re-creating and staining.
