Home Inspection
The inspector is horrible. He refused to check the roof. He said the roof was maintained by the HOA, and he did not need to check it. It turned out HOA did not take care of the roof. This just showed how irresponsible he is. And he spent a lot of time talking with the agent. Instead of doing the inspection job, he kept saying how good the house condition was and how good the price was. I think maybe he wanted to build a good relation with agent and got the referrals from the agent even though I was the person who paid him to do the job. I will not use him again.
