I shipped a 3'x2' poster to Joe for box mounting. There was some ambiguity in the way I filled out the paperwork, and Joe called to make sure he got our request right and to make a recommendation that enhanced the aesthetic of the product (cutting off the black border on the poster). He was extremely friendly and thorough and even called before shipping the product back, to ask about weather and theft risks, should it be left outside my home.
