If they are the last contractor on earth do not renovate!! The work is awful, things went missing from the job sight, bums off the street were hired and left alone in my new apartment to do work they had no idea about. Things were broken. Plumbing they installed began leaking within weeks after they were finished. Electric lights they installed shorted out soon after they left. It was the worst experience i could have imained

As I mentioned, as we were preparing for my son's college graduation party, we had several days of rain during which we developed a leak near the firepalce in our below ground recreation room. The Company came and assessed the problem as they promised, gave me a very fair price and performed the work as exactly as promised. Even when it started to rain again they continued to work so that everything could be finished before,the planned party. What they did in the time they had was unbelievable.
