Linda took control of the process, which was very important to me because I live over 200 miles away from the condo. Everything went smoothly. Linda provided information on recent sales and helped me make decisions about how to prep the property (what to fix and what to leave "as is") to minimize my expenses. Once the property was ready to show, Linda had several offers within a few weeks, and a full price offer among them. We closed within 6 weeks of the time she started showing the place, and even helped with removing the last of the furniture when I could not come to down to do so.
