 + -1 moreI cannot emphasize enough the responsiveness and positive communications that we had in this project. Crystal went to great lengths to be sure she helped me meet the nearly impossible schedules I had laid out on the phone the first time we spoke. She made many good suggestions for furniture placement and accessory use, to maximize the "look and feel" of the home during the sale process. She has followed up regularly to assist wherever possible and I would not hesitate to use her again for anything related to the sale of a house.
Description of Work: I requested assistance in selecting mainly interior paint colors for a house being prepared to go on the market, as I have a color deficiency and cannot make sense of even routine paint choices and alternatives. Although she has a minimum level of service and a minimum charge, Crystal Faison readily agreed to help me, and due to the urgency of my request, worked me into her schedule on the very next day, which I thought was remarkable, given her other existing commitments. She came to the home and worked with me for almost four hours, going through not only interior paint colors, but exterior options as well, plus gave me very useful suggestions for staging the home after all work was completed and it went on the market. She produced a professional quality report OVERNIGHT and e-mailed it to me, so I would have all the details in a single document in time for the painter to make the paint purchases on schedule.
