I stopped using them this year as I actually bought a lawn mower. It's just a guy and a bunch of guys he finds to help him out. Tim Chockey is the name of the guy. I would say they were pretty reliable and I live in a count house and I have a very large side yard. Most people wouldn't bother getting a lawn service but I did. They would use one of those riding lawn mowers, that is broad cut, which is mostly used on a much larger piece of property. They were very good, very fast and they would do a very quick job. However they would very often cut things that they weren't supposed to cut in the yard or they would remove plants that they weren't supposed to remove. They would use the weed eater and cut down on my flowers. The people they hire to work for them didn’t seem to know the difference between what flowers are and what flowers aren't. They would use such a wide cutting device that they cut a cable wire and they cut the cable TV connection. I have a dog tie out that we keep in the yard and that would always get cut out too. I got my own lawn mower so I could take care of it myself. I don't really like to mow my own lawn but I at least knew the difference between flowers and weeds. I think he came around to the neighborhood, with flyers. They were reliable and came regularly. They did the work and it wasn't very detailed; they didn't pay much attention to detail. The price was fair. If I was going to pay for a premium lawn care, I would have got someone who would pay a lot more attention to what they were doing. For what I was getting, I would rate price as good. They were very responsive. If I had a problem, the guy would always call me back and try to fix it. Their punctuality was good. I can't tell when the grass is going to grow. They would come as often as they needed to. I don't know how they figured it out. I don't think I would use them again as I feel like I can do the job myself.
Description of Work: I used T & T Specialists for probably 3 years and the last time they did work for me was probably in April last year. They did lawn cutting and shrubbery removal for me.
