 + -1 moreSilver river helped tremendously with a problem tenant who refused to pay, and arranged all the necessary paperwork and eviction. I was hesitant for the longest time to evict, but decided to hand over the reigns entirely and let a professional handle all the work. SRPM handled everything and kept me abreast during the process. Very satisfied and relieved for their services!

 + -1 moreI think they have done a good job so far. Dan is a nice and honest person that works hard. While many companies just have 9-5 type hours, he defiantly makes himself available outside those hours. It seems like he almost always answers the phone and never to busy to talk.

 + -1 moreSilver River Property Management has been an amazing company to work with. Dan is as nice as can be and my husband and I have nothing but positive comments! Trying to update and rent a house from across country is a big task and Dan and his team made it easy! They took care of everything and we really trust them. If you need to rent your property I would suggest Silver River Property Management to anyone, they are nice to work with and have a great work ethic. My husband and I couldn't be happier that we chose to work with them!
Description of Work: We hired Silver River Property Management to update and rent our Townhouse as we had just moved across country. Dan and his team took care of all the details and had many improvements made to the house to get it ready to rent. They showed the house, found a suitable renter and took care of all of the renting details.

Description of Work: I recently hired Silver River to manage a property at which we had our first problem tenant in more than 10 years. Dan and his team have been thoroughly responsive and professional, and they handled Rent Court representation as well as the tenant's departure very smoothly. We're now preparing to list the property and seek a new tenant. Thus far, I could not be more pleased and highly recommend Silver River.
