Everything went more than well with Soledad’s team. This is my second time filling out the form and somehow the first one didn’t go through. I’m so appreciative that everyone was professional, kind and supportive as well as helpful. Words can never express how grateful I was to be totally honest with you. I was able to dismiss any worries and concerns about the job at hand. Soledad is so wonderful and loving and I am very thankful for being able to let go and have complete faith in her ability to make me happy and comfortable. The hold team deserves to know how important it is as a home owner to have complete trust which is huge for me. There efficiency, kindness and professionalism, goes a long way towards making this statement.

I do not know because I was away at work when they came to service the house. My father who is retired was there at the time. I am voicing a complaint about their service because I called Servpro 2 months ago asking them to send archived files of what they did at our house since I do not have the invoice and my father does not remember (he is 85). We are having some mold problems 7 years later. The mold has steadily been increasing since they were finished at our house. I am preparing the basement for future renters. 
Servpro  never responded to my request. It has been 2 months since I called and talked personally to someone at Servpro that said they would unarchive the papers and send us a copy.

It went really well. They were very professional and responsive. They were able to come in the time that I needed them to. I would highly recommend them.

THERE WAS THREE INCHES OF WATER IN OUR HOUSE THROUGHOUT THE HALLWAY AND BEDROOMS. SERVPRO CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY AND TOOK CARE OF THE WATER. THERE WERE VERY CAREFUL TO GET ALL AREAS COMPLETELY DRY. THEY ALSO TOOK CARE OF GETTING ALL NECESSARY REPORTS TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY.
