There was something about the installation I wasn?t quite happy with. I called them back and they sent someone else out. The garage door was making a loud noise and they said it was probably the belt, which should have been one of the quietest ones available. They charged me $100 for the service call and $75 for one remote.

I wasn't satisfied with the product until it was fixed. They should provide a better quality of products out there. I've never had that problem with them before but I've bought other products from them in the past and they worked very well. I don't know whats going on because I have friends who are going through the same problem.

They didn't charge us anything because we were under warranty. I don't like the product and I told the guy that fixed it. He did a good and wonderful job but I'll never buy an appliance from Sears any more. We bought the product last year and as soon as we bought it, it started breaking down and every time we called the company, they didn't send any body else. Finally they sent someone who fixed the refrigerator.

They're reliable and their pricing is comparable with others. I can use them wherever I live because they're a big company. My overall experience with them has been good. I've had good experiences with them.

The salesperson was excellent. He knew the products well. The delivery was good. The rest was fairly difficult because of their specials on certain days. I eventually was able to make it there when they were on sale, and I made my purchase.

We ended up having to buy a new washing machine. My experience with Sears was okay; nothing great, nothing bad; just mediocre. They came when they said they would and there were no issues. I will use them again in the future.
