Real Electric & HVAC Replaced my heating and cooling system. All the team members were courteous, presented as extremely knowledgeable and experts in the area they were replacing. Mr. Alvarez explained what they were doing before and after the process, the length of time it take to complete the work, left the work area cleaned.They suggest what my maintenance responsibilities were, they wore proper COVID-19 masks throughout the whole process, They covered their foot wear to protect my floors. Overall, it was a positive experience and I we highly recommend them.

Well it went pretty well. Everyone did their job, and in the end result everything came out very good.

The electrician was knowledgeable and competent. He did the work in less than two hours. He could not install the kitchen outlet in the two hours allotted, but gave me an estimate for the job. He also looked at my basement, because I need ceiling lights installed. He said he'd send an estimate by email, but I never got it.

Went well. Experienced tech. Did a good job. Finished in 2 hrs. Had to wait a 1 1/2 week before appt. time was avail. (poss due to high volume from ad).

I called on a Tuesday and the service appointment was made for Friday of the same week! The electrician, Will, arrived promptly and carried out all the work in an efficient and detailed manner. He provided me with some education as well to help me better understand what he was doing, what were the issues. He was respectful and professional and very efficient. I had called around several local electric companies (some never called back) to get price quotes and the deal Real Electric and HVAC LLC offered through Angie's List was an absolute steal to say the least! I will gladly call upon Will and Real Electric to assist with any future electric needs! First impressions make a big impact and in this case, it was a positive impression.

Fantastic! He completed all the work requested, in a prompt, professional manner. At first, when I bought the deal through Angie's List, I didn't hear back, but when I called Real Electric to schedule it, they were able to fit me in promptly. Freddie came and did the work on the day he said he would. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. I had several small requests and one larger one, and he was able to finish them all in the 2 hours time. He also pointed out a situation that needed fixing in my breaker box, and proceeded to do the work on it during the 2 hours he was here. He seemed very knowledgeable to be able to figure out a solution to a wiring problem that had been an issue in my basement for some time (in which some basement lights going on would trigger 2nd floor lights to go off). It seems as though he solved the mystery. He worked efficiently. Cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Was on time, friendly, performed service efficiently and effectively I didn't hear back when I submitted my choices online, but when I called the the place to schedule an appointment they fit me in immediately the next day--hassel free.

He provided us with a brief overview of the services he would be providing and proceeded to perform the installation in an efficient and timely manner. He went the extra mile to ensure that we were satisfied with the installation and answered all our questions. Mr Alverez has worked on and maintained HVAC units in our church building, an ancient oil burning furnace in our school building, and a heating and AC unit in our parsonage.  He brings to each job a level of expertise and professionalism that is rarely seen today.  Every job was done in a timely manner, the site kept clean and the price was always competitive.  Since he is also a licensed electrician, he is able to diagnose problems in our equipment that other company's could not.  Whether the AC was down in the summer or the heat was out in the winter, Mr Alverez would calmly say, "Don't worry.  I can fix this."  And he always did.  I  recommend Mr. Alvarez and Real Electric without any reservation.

Work was done in a very professional manner

We asked for a combination if air system between 1st and 2nd floor. Will and his team came in and did an exceptional job. We are left with a better air system and easier to use. All was done in a timely manner as well. Overall was a great experience.
