Basically, on the house maintence work, I just made arrangements for "Sally" the company owner to come over and go over what needed to be done.  She then sent me over a proposal with color pictures.  We worked over any details and then the workmen came over as scheduled and did the work.  We checked to make sure the work had been done properly.   We were satisfied with the work, So we paid.  All had gone smoothly.
When the roof leaked we called Sally who had Javier come over with his team to fix it.  We were glad to do things in that manner because we wanted the roof fixed before the next rain came.

Her name is Sarah Raymond.  My husband took care of the price.  Our experience with them was very positive.  We have had them come and work for us before.  We found them to be very capable and very much interested in pleasing us.  There is a part on our house where the builder should have put flashing when it was originally built and they didn't.  There is a wood seam that has been deteriorating and it's on a place where they have decorative fish scale boards which are hard to replace.  Her company came up with a really good, clever, creative, and good looking solution for the problem of water collecting on the seam and rotting the wood.  Their work was rather innovative as well as good quality and a very good price.  They were excellent.  There is a lot of attention to detail.  They pay attention to what you want done and make it right.  I think the price was very good.  We were very happy with them.  We would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.  Sarah Raymond is someone we have been acquainted with.  We hired her company initially the first time we used them because we knew her.  We called her back the second time to do the work because we were so impressed with her.
