Property Management
Although they do a good job with regular maintenance (cutting grass, planting flowers, etc) their responsiveness on ad hoc requests leaves a lot to be desired. They are not proactive and you will have to contact them an insane amount of times to get issues rectified. The run-around can be extremely frustrating and as someone who pays their dues on time it can be disheartening that your HOA isn't able to provide the services you are due and that you spend your hard money on (over $2k/year).
