 + -1 moreAlthough they do a good job with regular maintenance (cutting grass, planting flowers, etc) their responsiveness on ad hoc requests leaves a lot to be desired. They are not proactive and you will have to contact them an insane amount of times to get issues rectified. The run-around can be extremely frustrating and as someone who pays their dues on time it can be disheartening that your HOA isn't able to provide the services you are due and that you spend your hard money on (over $2k/year).
Description of Work: Quiza Management is currently my HOA.

Description of Work: Quiza Management is very unprofessional and for that expensive. We hired them as property manager for our house in Maryland. They take 10% of your rent per month after the initial month's rent in full. It was not possible to advertise to military families with this company. The 10% they get every months is not well spend as they don't do anything: When we moved out they wanted $50 for taking the trash cans out so they would not have to stand on the street for almost a week. We had people coming in to paint and lay carpet and Quiza was supposed to let them in the house. But they did not and the handyman walked out on us. Not only did they not go after them, but we had to do it from New York. Having someone locally to deal with stuff like that was the entire purpose of hiring such a company to begin with! Additionally, they LIED to our renters that it was our fault! And we had given them checks to cover the expenses and paid them in advance and everything.
