THEY HAVE GOOD QUALITY. WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I ALWAYS HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH WITH THEM TO GET A RESPONSE ON THE WORK THAT WAS BEING DONE. THEIR WORKERS WERE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR PUNCTUAL.

AWFUL! THIS WAS AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE. WE WERE LIED TO, DECEIVED, AND PHONE CALLS WERE NOT RETURNED TO US A MAJORITY OF THE TIME! CRAFTMANSHIP WAS SUB-STANDARD AND THE FINISH WORK WAS VIRTUALLY NON-EXISTENT! THE FOREMAN WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH, AND ON AVERAGE THEY WORKED 2-3 DAYS A WEEK, EVERY OTHER WEEK, AND STARTED AT 9 OR 10 AND WERE GONE BEFORE 5PM.

THE ROOF REPAIR WENT WELL, EXCEPT THE WORKERS SHOWED UP UNANNOUNCED ON A DAY OTHER THAN THE ONE SPECIFIED. THEY DID GREAT WORK. THE BATHROOM WAS DELAYED OVER A MONTH AND THE WORK PERFORMED WAS HORRIBLE. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO COME BACK AND FIX IT.

WORKMANSHIP IS SATISFACTORY. MULTIPLE DELAYS. JOB QUOTED AT 6-8 WEEKS. ACTUAL DURATION WAS 5-6 MONTHS.
