I've used Petria before for gutter cleaning. The gutter cleaning went just fine as did the power wash. The lawn clean up was poor, with large branches still on my lawn when the job was finished. I called and had them come out to finish the job. They did, but then charged me for the lawn work a second time. After I complained, they said I could ignore the new invoice. Other work that I'd asked them to do: mulching, weeding, lawn reseeding, and dryer vent cleaning -- which they'd said they were going to give me a price on, they never did price out, despite repeated requests.

If i could submit 0 stars I would. They repaired my roof and i was initially impressed with how quickly they had responded. The repair however did not hold for more than a couple of months but because they have a satisfaction guarantee I was not concerned. They then decided that we needed to replace the roof and they would deduct the repair costs. We agreed on a price and then they gave me the run around for over a month. I now have significant water damage in the house and they after a month of postponing the start date said that they could not confirm a start date and I should find another company. They agree to reimburse my original repair costs and they have also not done that! i have now paid for a repair that did not work and have additional water damage because of their unprofessionalism and incompetence. Please don't waste your time or money and save yourself the aggravation by hiring someone else.

Professional, hassle-free service done well, exactly as promised. I really appreciate the convenience of arranging to have the roof gutters cleaned (and with huge trees over my house, I need this service often) when I am at work, and then paying by check or credit card. The debris from the roof gutters is always neatly bagged and sitting off to the side of the driveway - I use it for compost.

We appreciated the fact that Petria did not charge us for this follow-up and that its crew member left a handwritten note explaining what the problem was. Thank you!

They are inexpensive compared with other people we’ve had for gutter cleaning. They were very good. They came and they were gone quickly.

They do a great job. I’ll grade them high. They come out a couple of times a year. Soon, I’ll get them to go up there again. They were very professional. They knock on the door and tell me what they were doing. They clean up the area. They put the stuff in bags and had it ready to go out.

They are very reasonably price and are a local company her in Bowie, MD. They are very prompt and professional. I had actually gotten a referral from my daughter who had used them in the past and I'm glad I went with them!

After having issues with scheduling gutter cleaning with this company (I scheduled service; they didn't show up in the promised time frame), they contacted me to address the issue. The company has really improved their responsiveness. And my gutters are clean!

Petria did an Excellent job!  I needed my gutters cleaned and they did that....along w/cleaning the gutter on the very large awning i have over my deck.  They called me at my office to let me know that they had been to my house...cleaned the gutters, bagged the debris, and that they were finished.  I would use them again and have recommended them to several family members and friends.
