Description of Work: Said they were going to perform an evaluation. They took x-rays then Dr. Packman took about 15 mins consulting. Paid approx 70 dollars then and assumed insurance would cover the rest. To my surprise I was later billed over $250 that they claimed insurance didn't cover. DO you really think that they didn't know I would be billed this amount when I handed them my insurance card?

+ -1 moreHe does excellent work. He has a very pleasant manner. The work that he does considering that it is gum surgery in my case, is not too difficult or painful.
Description of Work: I used Dr. Packman, periodontist. I have been using him for about three to four years. The last visit was for a checkup to see the healing process of the gum surgery that I had two months ago.
