We very happy with their service.

They completed only 56% of those inspections, but because of an error by our previous management company, they were paid in full.  We have been trying for 2-3 months to get them to complete the rest of the work and provide us with a full report on the status of all units inspected and any treatment provided per the terms of the contract.  They have STILL not completed the inspections or provided us with an up-to-date report.  It is difficult to contact the owner directly;  we can only leave messages at the one phone number given;  unclear if it is an answering service or private number.  VERY frustrating.

Greg is always on time and answers all my questions.

We have used Novex for several decades and had no problems with their service.   In addition to four treatments per year for $285, they will apply additional treatments as necessary for free.  This is particularly helpful in warm weather as they will spray for flying pests as well as crawling bugs, etc.   Quarterly treatments are easy to schedule by phone and their technicians are knowledgable and efficient.   We highly recommend Novex.

We have used Novex for 7 years,.  While having some windows replaced, our contractor uncovered evidence of termites. He recommended Novex and they performed a home treatment.  We have since sontinued to have them come 4Xs a year to keep our home free of bugs.  Prior to their visits we battled "spider" crickets in the fall and the occasional mouse in the winter.  I'm happy to say that they are no longer a problem.  This is a family-owned business and they are very punctual and personable. If there is a problem between visits, they return promptly to handle any issue.

Our experience with them has been pretty good.  They will come back as often as necessary.  When we have a scheduled appointment they always show up pretty much on time, but it is difficult to coordinate the scheduling.  We plan to use them again in the future.

They are very dependable.

We were overrun by ants.  I called multiple exterminators.  Mike from Novex was the most knowledgeable specialist I spoke with about ants.  He was even willing to get up on a ladder and spray around the second floor windows where we suspected some of the ants to be entering the house.  I was very appreciative because all of the other companies I called refused to get on a ladder.  I felt that Novex genuinely listened to our concerns and came up with a plan to eradicate the ants.

Service window time given was only 1 hour and service technician was here at the start of the hour. Very thorough in his service as well as informative about issues that are possible from condo living being so close to neighbors. Set up a year of quarterly service as they give a discount for paying up front for the year.
