John explained our options and the pros and cons of each with out ever once putting pressure on us. Once we decided on the proper strategy he provided invaluable assistance getting us to close in about 20 days. John anticipated our questions and even pointed out concerns we didn t know we should have (first time home buyers). The accelerated time-line was certainly stressful but John s constant communication (he called when he said he would and returned our calls/e-mails promptly) and calm demeanor made the process smooth.
