Once we decided on the proper strategy he provided invaluable assistance getting us to close in about 20 days. John anticipated our questions and even pointed out concerns we didn t know we should have (first time home buyers). The accelerated time-line was certainly stressful but John s constant communication (he called when he said he would and returned our calls/e-mails promptly) and calm demeanor made the process smooth.
Description of Work: Secured financing to purchase our home. Cost of project is an approximate guess.
