My son is not always willing to learn when he doesn't feel confident. Mr. Callahan is a patient and observant teacher. I enjoyed the occasionally "mini-concert" when I picked my son up. I highly recommend Mr. Callahan as a piano teacher.

The piano lessons my daughter had for about a year with Michael was a good experience. He is so professional and structured with his lessons. He uses good strategies to improve my daughter's memory skills and on how to focus during the sessions. He does not focus on mistakes but uses them to reinforce improvement of skills and never forgets to praise for accomplishments . He adjusts his lessons depending on the student's age, skill and comprehension. We also did have problems in rescheduling my daughter's piano session when we get conflicts with schedule. With the price that he charge for his service is worth the experience and I would recommend him to others.
