First of all, Mr. Larry changed the price. He initially quoted me $300, then at the appointment, he said that it was $350. Secondly, he was late for the appointment, and the appraisal was supposed to be one week, but ended up closer to two. Also, his comps were not very accurate, which I consider very important, especially since this was an Estate Appraisal. Avoid this company,
