There have been different things that have happened and it?s still under the builder. So, they brought their people in. We ended up going with them because we could have a house built close to the school we wanted our kids to get to. That was probably the biggest thing. We did like the models and the details and all that. Once we signed the contract, we did have problems in getting some things done as they had promised. There are some things that still need to be done. We moved in September of 2009. There is a gentleman who is now trying to get all our things taken care of. They need to improve on their customer service. The building supervisor needs to be a little bit more personable and understanding that people are investing a lot of money on these homes. They need to have a better approach and being more approachable. They were competitive with the other places that we looked at. Their punctuality was pretty good. It?s not likely that we would use them again.
