+ -1 moreThe work we needed done was to a rental property in Maryland. We are currently living out-of-state and it was very stressful trying to figure out who to hire. We used a wonderful contractor, Bowie Siding and Roofing, who recommended Joe Kemp to do the grading and outside work we needed done. Joe was fantastic. He showed up and had an estimate to us promptly. His pricing was very reasonable and he gave us quite a few options to choose from knowing that we were trying to keep expenses down. We had to wait a few weeks until the siding and roofing were completed to have him start but once we called him and said it was time the work was done within a week and a half. If you want a trustworthy and honest contractor this is the guy to go to.
Description of Work: He did the following:1) Cut out all high spots in rear yard and grade, 3 loads of fill included. Achieve positive drainage away from new addition and rear of house. 2” of topsoil fine graded with seed and straw.2) Construct pressure treated landing and stairs off of new addition , 6’X3’ with 12” step tread, pier footers to virgin soil.
