The first project we had was the installation of vinyl siding. I had even considered painting the house, but it is expensive and you're stuck with an older looking house. After that project was completed, I never got estimates from other companies for new projects. You don't know what you are comparing. Integrity has excellent subcontractors. The materials they install are good quality. People still comment on how nice my 15 year old roof looks. When you call the office for something, the administrative assistants are there to assist, not to obstruct. They go out of their way to be helpful. The subcontractors are all seasoned and if a little problem arises, they have the skills to overcome it. When we redid the bathroom and the kitchen, both sets of subcontractors offered little suggestions, little improvements in design that we had not thought of.

The job was done just as expected. It was completed as planned with Dan. The demolition group came and removed the old structure and cleaned up everything. The builders the rebuild just as expected. The office team of Tara and Elleese wear great to work with. I was very afraid of the unexpected but the project went very well with the Integrity Home Pro team. I am a pleased customer.

EXCELLENT!!! We could not get over the honesty and integrity of this company and how they do business with their customers! When I scheduled my appointment with short notice the Owner came out to make us happy, educate us and backed his words that he was truly going to make us happy. Other companies that came out either were not prepared, gave exaggerated estimates and didn't even take the time to measure. They all quoted on the same product line which was custom ordered. Integrity Pro followed up throughout and when we had weather issues they made it happen on a weekend when the installers don't normally work so that we were not inconvenienced. Installers were helpful, thorough and educated us while installing the doors. Above and beyond this company & their staff are to say the least!!! And NOBODY can beat their warranty on installation. We will use again & again as well as refer as often as possible!!!! Thanks Danny, Donaldo & Elise for everything!!!

We hired Integrity Home Pro to replace part of our roof that was installed poorly from our original builder. The job was done, but very poorly at first. Even after making some adjustments to make it better, it was still so poor that we agreed that we needed to start over. When planning for the re-do, they stopped being responsive to email and phone calls. I finally told them that I'd need my deposit back so I could go hire someone else to fix it. It has been 3 weeks now and they have still not responded. Be wary of this company, they do not stand by their guarantees.

Work was excellent. Crew did excellent work, cleaned as they went, and left the work area spotless. Door operates smoothly. N/A on price is because while I received quotes from two different companies, they were for different doors. Integrity Home Pro (IHP) installed a much higher quality door than the other company would have. IHP's quote was higher, but I believe that corresponded to the quality and price difference of the doors. For the same door, they would likely have been lower, but I can't confirm this. Installation crew was very prompt. B rating on punctuality is due to (1) a scheduling mishap with the office where no one showed for the estimate (We rescheduled and it was fine) and (2) one of the door panels wasn't delivered with the door so the installation crew had to wait while someone brought it out so they could finish the job. Also not a big deal. I would recommend this company and hire them again.

We had a complete gut and remodel of our 1980's kitchen. Integrity came in at almost half the price of the other two bids we got - and I guarantee you we got the same quality. We chose them because of their professionalism and reviews. We felt extremely confident leaving them in our home while we were at work. I rated it a B for quality ONLY because the flooring contractor workers were a bit sloppy, Integrity quality is A+.

You have a great team. They arrived on time. Before they began, they want all of the cars out of harm way. When I point out the rip in my windows screen, they repaired it. The only thing is that my lamp post got damaged. The horizontal rod was bent. They tired to fix it. Couple weeks later they repair it. I on a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 9.

Very well. I searched for a contractor for 4 months before deciding on Integrity Pro. I felt extremely comfortable with Jerry Stephenson by the time I made my choice. There was no pressure and only patient assistance. The crew assigned to my project, led by Martin, was excellent. Workmanship was way above average! Left site spotless every day. We are thrilled with the results.

Great. Robbie Stubbs, the crew chief, and DJ Stubbs, the representative, did an excellent job. They were punctual, never left a mess, and explained every step of the project. They took pictures of the damage for the insurance company and help me explain the situation to the insurance company.

I think it is always hard to choose the right contractors to let into your life. Renovations can be a huge expense and you don't really know what you're going to get until it is complete. Everyone I met or spoke with at Integrity was polite and professional. They had done a fabulous job with my sister's completely renovated master bathroom, taking it from a 1950's stand up shower and tiny closet to a shower/soaker tub master retreat, that I honestly thought the renovation of my two small bathrooms was just too small a job. I'm glad I was wrong. The bathrooms looked fabulous, the project manager, Shawn, helped me pick out materials when I needed additional input. He also met me to pick up materials and answered my questions day and night, whether I called or texted. In fact, Shawn, and the owner, Danny, helped me save money, by guiding my renovation decisions and steering me away from unnecessary work and costly materials. I also had questions after the work was complete and paid in full. Shawn was still as available, polite and accommodating. It was a great experience and I would definitely contact Integrity to do additional jobs in the future. I don't have before pictures, but you can close your eyes and imagine a wood access panel behind one toilet, a 4"x4" white tiles half way up the walls and in the shower with a blue soap dish, and glass shower door, you'll be half way there. They did a great job evening out the walls and I love the shower tile. I kept the original tub, but it looks great in the new modern bathroom.

They did a fantastic job. Everything looked excellent, no problems with any of their crew, the owner, Danny, did a lot of thing and made me feel comfortable. Because of this experience I trusted them to do other work for me as well. They installed two industrial grade windows in a high rise condo that I own and made sure they were in compliance with the home owners association. It was a very easy process. They also did work for me in my new home in 8/14. They did a structural rearranging of my kitchen and dining area. They created a larger passage and opened the space up. They also installed new cabinetry. They did a fantastic job with that as well. Three separate jobs I've done with them over the years and I would give them an A on everything.

The workers were always on time, and they were polite and efficient. They voluntarily did clean-up chores that were not included in the contract, and the quality of the work they did is outstanding. They left our property in spotless condition.
