My kitchen remodel was everything I imagine plus so much more! Integrity home pro is very professional, you can notice the experience they have right away. I gave them an idea how I wanted my kitchen to come out, they took my vision and made it come to life. Every single detail was considered, they made everything tie together perfectly, the timing was as stated, and the pricing was fair and better compared to nearby companies. Bathroom Remodel
We have used Integrity to do several home improvement projects to include our roof replacement, complete kitchen remodel, custom front door replacement, basement door replacement, and more! Most recently they completed a remodel our master bath to include turning our â cruise shipâ shower into a beautiful custom shower thatâ s a joy to use, installing new flooring, replacing our old builder grade vanity, mirror and lights transforming them into beautiful space! We are very pleased with all of our projects and will very likely use them for future projects.

We hired Integrity Home Pro to replace part of our roof that was installed poorly from our original builder. The job was done, but very poorly at first. Even after making some adjustments to make it better, it was still so poor that we agreed that we needed to start over. When planning for the re-do, they stopped being responsive to email and phone calls. I finally told them that I would need my deposit back, so I could go hire someone else to fix it. It has been 3 weeks now, and they have still not responded. Be wary of this company, they do not stand by their guarantees.

I hired Integrity to install new siding on my house and was very satisfied. They did everything they said they would do. Immediately after the initial visit, I received a copy of the quote. Once I notified them that I was ready to proceed, they scheduled me right away and they completed the job within the specified timeframe.

The team was very professional from beginning to end. They were able to communicate the process in a way someone who has no roofing experience could understand. I felt at ease that they would take the responsibility if the job went good or bad, which was the most important factor in my decision. It is hard to have a company name like integrity and not live up to that standard but they really did a stellar job. Installation took about half the day and clean up was awesome!

The Integrity Home Pro team did a great job of assessing our original basement outside door/storm door combo and then recommending and installing a much better pair. The final product was perfect, which is significant because the original door was inadequately framed, and off-level in all possible dimensions. We have had them do many projects previously, and they always turn out well. They are always friendly and professional and clean up at the end of each day.

The entire process from start to finish was excellent. The price that I paid was a lot less than I expected. I regularly use HomeAdvisor because the reviews are fairly accurate. Until now. I needed to have the continuous ridge vent on my roof replaced. The previous vent was damaged and there was a hole in my roof. I contacted Integrity Home Pro and initially they were responsive and quick to schedule an appointment. When I made my down payment, I wanted to know when the repair would be scheduled. Jerry indicated that the repair would occur in 1 to 2 weeks. After almost a week, I reached out to find out when the repair would be scheduled. I did not receive a response. After I e-mailed again, Elise Mundy responded that due to rain and the holiday, there was a delay. But I was on the list. I inquired as to when I would at least get some idea of when I would be scheduled. I didn't receive a response. I then sent a follow up e-mail, and Ms. Mundy responded with a condescending, negative response, which I will quote in part below: "Since you are so anxious to have the work done, I will consider pushing your repair ahead of someone elseâÂÂs and hope to have it fixed by the end of the week, but I can make no guarantees on a date at this time, especially given the current forecast. If you are still dissatisfied with this explanation and you wish to find someone to repair your roof sooner, please let us know." I was flabbergasted. I was understandably anxious to have my roof repaired because I had a hole in it! I do not think that it was unreasonable to ask for a specific timeline on the repair as it had been nearly two weeks. Her dismissive, sarcastic attitude was unnecessary. Even though it was only a $1,000 job, I was still a paying customer. I absolutely would have gone to another company; however, I had already invested too much time into Integrity Home Pro and could not transfer my business elsewhere without a more extensive wait. After I threatened to go to the owner, Ms. Mundy scheduled my repair two days later. I would not recommend this company, particularly if you have a serious problem and are "anxious" to have it resolved.

We experienced very bad treatment from other contractors until we were introduced to Integrity Pro by Home Advisor. Absolutely top notch, very professional business ethic ("old school") where "their word is their bond". They communicated their intention, arrived on time, surveyed the damaged, and put forward an action plan based on our specific repair needs & within homeowners insurance claim parameters. Integrity Pro treated us with respect to meet our needs, not inflate project to meet contractor needs. Once set, their crew arrived on time as scheduled, worked most efficiently, and cleaned up everything (not a nail or scrap left behind). The work and vinyl siding repair matched flawlessly. We are so pleased with everything. Integrity Pro is my first stop for any home improvement projects in the future. We highly recommend Integrity Pro be your first choice.

Their assessment person came out pretty quickly (in the rain, I might add) and gave me a quote upon completion of our review of the repairs needed. The work was completed quickly--within two weeks. Their workers were courteous, took time to get me to walk around the house to ensure we both had the same expectations of repairs, and worked diligently until the repairs were made. One particular repair was not completed to my satisfaction (he misunderstood what was written on the work order) and he immediately repaired it to my liking...no questions or pushback. Great customer service, and excellent quality of work. I will definitely consider them for any additional future work needed.

Bathroom Remodel
Several years ago we hired Integrity to do a bathroom remodel at half the cost of a local well known bathroom remodeler. The staff did a top notch job down to the studs, installing dry wall, ceramic tile on walls and floor, new sink, vanity, medicine cabinet, and finished it off by painting - we didn't have to hire out, they did the whole job, and in the stated time! We were very well pleased. Over the years that have followed when an occasional problem surfaced with the bathroom, it only took an email to Danny and one of his staff were prompt to show up and resolve the problem. This company 'lives' out their slogan, 'do unto others as you'd have them do unto you.' That business philosophy is actually meant to extend peace-of-mind confidence to future customers that this company will do for you as they'd have others do to them. They have also replaced all our windows and a storm door at our house. Excellent service, workmanship, cost, and after-the-job peace of mind. We highly recommend this company.
