They were over here several times doing stuff. The work gets done quickly and he is communicative. He does not charge you for stuff he does not do, so there are a lot of good points about it. Since I am a perfectionist-type person there were a couple of things I did not particularly like. The reason I am not giving him an A is because of the exterior outlets that were put on my place. The outlets were not installed flush with the siding. They are supposed to be installed flush and sealed with the siding but they weren't. I had a double outlet in the kitchen with a switch -- I had two outlets there and it only got fastened on one side so it is not in there so tight. Those are the little nitty-picky things.
