Well. I didnt have to spend any funds.

They were very prompt and easy to deal with.  They give you straight answers and tells you what to do if they not no longer fix the problem.  I am satisfied and very pleased  with their services.

We have a contract with them for computers. We have a laptop that we are basically using at this point and we've taken it in and we're very happy. It was a lot quicker that what I'd figured it would be. I had figured that we'd be in line for ever in a day but we weren't. It was a very easy and quick service. We love Angie's List.

Waited week for the appointment. That morning, technician called and declined to do the job on grounds the part was not sold in Best Buy store. Advised me to get a new computer instead (I already have a new computer, not the one needing the memory). Said could provide online site he guessed could sell the memory but never did. Arrogant tone, little interest in going extra mile for the customer. I researched the net for an online store selling the memory module, selected one, got it, and did the job myself.

I think that they did what I wanted and expected. They were able to answer questions and provide suitable answers. Best Buy was convenient for us since it was close in location, and there was no significant variation in price from any other place. It was a pleasant experience. Anything we needed in addition, like memory, was there for me to purchase right then.
