They did an excellent job! at a very reasonable price. In fact, they are superior to some of the "name" companies in Angies' Certified list we have used In the past. Dogs can soil a carpet quickly because of the oil in their fur. Econo-Jet really works on the soiled spots and leaves them immaculately clean.

I was very please with the work they did. I referred them to my neighbor even. 

I liked their quality and there was no issues scheduling the work. I give them A's all around. 

Excellent. Wayne and his assistant arrived promptly on time, were very professional and friendly. They moved furniture - sofas, tables, chairs, etc., - and placed heavy cardboard pads or styrofoam blocks under the legs when they put items back so as not to stain carpet. When they were finished I mentioned a couch I had in the family room that needed cleaning and they said they could do that also for a small additional charge. My carpet is a light beige over 25 years old and they make it look almost new. I have used them in the past and will continue to call them when needed.

The service was requested to mitigate two small flooding situations. Overall, the carpet did look better after it was cleaned. However, some corners and under the bed were not cleaned and most disappointing was garbage was left in the driveway where the water was dumped.

I've had them for 4 to 5 years. They come in almost every year.

I called them for an estimate and scheduled the date for them to come out. I, not Econojet, had the date wrong by a week. I called and asked them if they could come a week earlier than scheduled (two days before I wanted them to come) and they bent over backwards to accommodate and managed to honor my request. Great attitude, arrived when they said they would and did an excellent job. All of my carpet is white and had some stains - they were all removed and the carpet looks great. I recommend them highly and would use them again - no need to shop for a better, more price competitive job. THANKS EconoJet crew.

After a warm greeting, Peggy takes the order, determining which rooms are to be cleaned. She sets the appointment and gives a set price. Wayne has come most often, always with an assistant. They run hoses from their van to provide superheated steam. They work in white gym socks, moving furniture and setting the legs on styrofoam blocks to keep stains from developing when the carpet is drying. The final step is raking the carpet pile, which looks great and helps it dry faster.

Wayne the cleaner was on time, gave me good deal and did excellent job cleaning the carpet and also moved furniture to clean thoroughly.

I am satisfied with the service. I did not know that there was a minimum charge. I will ask a few more questions next time.

They are great. I've used them for over 10 years. I would highly recommend them. They are always helpful and cheerful.

They were good. I thought their price was fair compared to the research I did. The quality was good and I would recommend them. We are planning on using them again.

Company did an excellent job of cleaning 2 rooms and the heavy traffic areas of my basement. Got out all the stains in my kids room and spent a considerable amount of time in the rooms that needed the most work. I've seen companies with lower prices so that's why I give a B on price but you get what you pay for with some of those companies. Overall, it was a great experience and they did a masterful job on my carpets

We have been using them for many years. They do a really good job. They are reasonably priced. It is always the same guy who comes. He is very personable, fast, and good. The carpets look great. They are fabulous. My insurance people like them very much too. We once had a water heater that broke and flooded our dining room which was fully carpeted. They came immediately and moved the furniture. They took care of the carpet and we did not have to replace them. The insurance company was very happy with this. I rate them high overall and will continue using them in the future.

We have used Econo-Jet 4 times now, and they have always done an expert job at leaving our carpeting wonderfully clean and fresh. They also protected our furniture legs and floors. When I thought I noticed a possible new spot, they returned immediately and we both determined that it was a previous stain on our floor that seeped up through the carpeting. Even though it wasn't their fault, their team stuck around and worked on the source of the stain to remove it completely at no extra charge.

Somehow, the water outlet pipe from the washing machine had slipped out of the harness that holds it in the sink in our laundry room. That caused a flood through the entire basement, as someone was washing an extra large load of clothes. My kids woke me up at 2 in the morning to tell me that there was a flood. Again. Covering most of the new carpet that was replaced with the last flood.

We used the wet vac until 3 in the morning, and then gave up. I called 3 vendors the next day, and only Econo-Jet returned my call within 15 minutes. I heard from one of the others later in the day, and never heard from the third. I tried to use local vendors to provide support to Prince George's County.

I admit that I was skeptical when the gentleman appeared to assess the damage. He was dirty, smelled funny and his clothes were ill fitting and dirty as well. But he was very nice and professional, had the correct equipment on his truck, and the right price. He removed the water, set up the fans and was gone in two hours.

We did have a problem getting them back out to remove the fans once the floor was dry, but it wasn't a big deal, as I had been told how to turn them off, and my husband moved them out of the way. This is a small company, and our job, which started on a Thursday, was completed on a Saturday. There was a miscommunication and the fans weren't picked up, but as I said, we weren't inconvenienced or concerned. The carpet was replaced in good order and everything looks wonderful. Don't look for a lemony smell or other little flourishes; they don't do that. But the house was dry, the carpet was completely odor free, and we are very, very pleased.

I would use Econo-Jet again, though hopefully not for this! We will have them back in the near future to clean the rugs in the rest of the house.

I have 3 dogs, so when I say these guys clean carpets I mean it. When they come they clean the carpets and upholstery and everything looks fantastic when they're done. They are wonderful and for the amount of work they do the price is very reasonable. I wouldn't use anybody but them.

This was another in many several excellent experiences with this Econojet. They did an outstanding job cleaning all of the wall-to-wall carpet in my home (which is mainly the bedrooms). They were also able to remove some new very difficult stains very adeptly. My schedule is very busy, and they agreed to accommodate my request that the work be done at a very specific time on very short notice. Since I've used them several times, they are very familiar with the project and work very expeditiously, competently, and thoroughly.
