Very professional from start to finish. Tom Woods made an estimate and told me what was needed, and the installation was scheduled promptly at a convenient time. It took two days of extensive digging and accessing plumbing from the basement. Just like you see when they do facial surgery on TV and you can't believe they can peel back the face and put it back so it looks like it did before, I was amazed that they could tear up my lawn to such an extent and replace all the sod so that it looked just as it had. The crew were efficient and quiet, and explained the programming clearly. So far the system seems to work as advertised, too soon to know about longer term reliability and maintenance issues or ongoing service. I was afraid of using a company not on Angie's List but this company was recommended by a lawncare company I have used for 15 years, so I took a chance and was very happy with the result. Highly recommended.
