Samuel rearranged the jumble of wires that had resulted in underutilizing and finally stopping use of home theater speaker system. He only fixed the problem, he also provided tips on optimizing the use. As I mentioned, he connected the wires to all the right places and also proposed some tweaks to optimize the use of the home theater speaker system. For an additional five dollars, I was able to buy an optical cable from Amazon  to replace my outdated wires. Where he showed his commitment to professionalism in the follow up phone call when he helped me through a complex task of changing the settings in my home theater system to utilize the optical cable. Samuel was patient and very responsive.
