CARINA NELSON

We were relocating to the Bowie/Annapolis area from California with no time to fly out and find a place to live. We called Long and Foster, and found ourselves working with Carina Nelson. She was nothing short of fabulous. We told her we wanted a short-term rental as we intended to buy as soon as we could familiarize ourselves with the area. We told her of our needs (fenced yard for our dog, etc.) and she found us the perfect place. She kept in constant communication with us about available rentals through phone calls and emails. She took care of all of the rental details. Everything went extremely smoothly. When we were ready to look for a place to buy a few months later, she was with us every step of the way. She kept our needs and wants at the forefront and, again, she found us the perfect house. She listens to what you want, she stays within your budget, she advocates for you with the other agent, and she does it all with a warmth and professionalism that is rare.
