Richard is great. He is very thorough and explains everything. He'll tell you exactly what he's looking at/for as well as describe any issues he finds in detail. He will also recommend any maintenance that needs to be performed, either immediately or in the near future. His notes are wonderful and advice spot-on. It's very obvious that he's been doing this for some time and really knows his stuff. I would gladly use him again for a home inspection. It was a little pricier than I was expecting, but he did a very thorough inspection, tested for radon, and provided a very detailed report to me in record time.
