I can't recommend him highly enough. I can't praise him highly enough. He's been doing it for years. He's so honest. He told me that I don't need to have my house power washed every year and I'm wasting my money and he's the one getting paid. He is so good. I'm getting ready to call him. I felt he was very reasonable. I think I found them in a local advertiser. I give him A's on everything. When he says he's coming, he comes. If for some reason he wouldn't be able to, he would call you. He's a good worker. There's nothing but A's on my book.

It went ok. The day my husband called they showed up within a few hours but they didn't have the proper ladder even though they were told we have a three story town home with an above ground basement. The service person told my husband he would return when he realize how tall the house stood. We did not hear from the company for a few days when we were both at work. They told my husband someone was in the neighborhood and had time to clean our gutters. My husband gave them permission to clean the gutters in our absence. Very inconvenient and it made me very uneasy.

Our gutters have been clogged for a few months now so I called Band B Exterior Cleaning and spoke with Brian. I explained we needed all four gutters cleaned out and one front gutter screen removed. He said they could come out the next day. I asked him to call ahead so I could put our dogs away and he did just that. The work was done quickly, the work area was left cleaner than when they showed up, and they charged me what I was quoted over the phone. I wish more small companies operated this way.

Team arrived and my husband gave specific instructions to do the front porch and the patio only. They asked about the path and he asked them to wait until I returned home - to do it last. The stone on our patio/path is fragile and the power washing loosens the concrete between the stones. They did the path first and when I confronted the supervisor (he was in the truck on the phone the entire time) he said "well, I wasn't watching them". Big surprise. They were very h****** my plants around the patio and left the furniture all over the patio.

The only hiccup is that you don't get much notice when they're coming. But, they do quality work and quickly at a fair price. I would definitely recommend them.

As scored below, they did an excellent job of cleaning the flagstones using pressure washing. Arrived a little late of promised time, but understandable because of Washington Beltway traffic. Brian was smoking at the time of arrival, but my wife politely told him that she did not like smoke.

The company did a very nice job on this. Olympic Maximum tinted waterproofing sealant was used as the sealant (green can at Lowe's). The work was done during the requested time frame (during a week that I was away). The price was considerably less than a competitor's estimate. I will use this company again in the future.

THE COMPANY Band B EXTERIOR CLEANING DID A FANTASTIC JOB PRESSURE WASHING MY FRONT PORCH, STAIRS AND WALKWAY. THE CEMENT LOOKED BRAND NEW. WE LIKED THE JOB SO MUCH WE HAVE HIRED THEM TO COME BACK AND DO OUR BACK STEPS AND DECK.
