various options in terms of how much the job would cost; based on what quality of product I was will to pay for. The work was done in one day with no problem. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work that was done. I did buy the Golden Pledge Warranty
package for $632.00 for my personal assurance. Their price was reasonable when compared to other estimates that I had gotten.

Came back after skylights and air conditioning were installed to finish flashing.
All was done on time. Do hire them in the off season: they started work in the fall and completed it in December. We avoided the summer months.

Kevin was great. He came to my rescue on two occasions and I am extremely grateful. First, I called him to get a roof certification on a property being purchased by my real estate client. I had called several roofing companies prior to getting Area Roofing from Angie's list. One promised me he was going and never showed up. Kevin provided me with an invoice listing exactly what he was going to do, I provided it to the seller and he was there when he said he would be. He provided me with a report that was satisfactory to the buyer and the seller. Secondly, I called him in a panic the morning of settlement (12:00 Noon) for an estimate on another repair the seller was not able to complete. He came through for me on that. The company is very professional when you call (someone answers the phone) and that's important, especially if you need services as soon as possible. Thanks again Area Roofing.

Initially, I wanted to repair the leaking roof and contacted several vendors and most of them wouldn’t even return my call stating that they don’t do repair work during the high season – only replacement; however Mr. Ralls, the sales person, was very responsive and professional whenever I have contacted him. He gave me two quotes, one for repair and another for replacement; after further investigation and realizing how bad the roof was and extensive amount of leaking I had I decided to replace everything. Of the few vendors that were open to repair and provided repair and replacement quotes, Area roofing easily beat their prices by at least 30%.
Mr. Ralls managed the project professional and diligently and things were done on time where he was able to successfully manage several “gotchas” that we ran into, such as the gutter truck ran out of materials as they cut the gutters and had to return later.
As the work and material were guaranteed, I had another rain leak and called Mr. Ralls for service; upon his inspection we determined it was a false alarm and the leak came from a top floor side window that needed repair.
I would certainly use them for any future projects.

Could have gotten a cheaper price with other companies but happy with service, knew exactly what we were paying for, no surprises or last minute additional charges. Great company, great job.
