Mr. Eaddy was referred to me by my next door neighbor who has been using him for many years. When she told me how he was, I had no doubt that I was going to use him and not even bother to get a second opinion or second estimate regarding the work I had to have done. Mr. Eaddy is a very pleasant and honest person who is quite skilled and knowledgeable about his craft. I knew that I had to have my furnace replaced when I looked at its condition however, I didn't think of the additional work that had to be done. Mr. Eaddy explained to me extensively what had to be done and why. I appreciated how he looked at the heating system as a whole and not just the furnace. He found that the venting was improperly done and the chimney where the vent pipes connected was filled with debris which did not allow for proper ventilation. Mr. Eaddy wanted to subcontract the work, however, I did not feel comfortable with that because I had had too many bad experiences with sub contactors. He agreed to do the work himself.
He measured my house in order to install the furnace that was the right size for the house. He explained everything to me about the installation process, the warranty, etc.
Mr. Eaddy was professional as he went about his work. He estimated the length of time that it would take and he was finished around that time. He left the area clean and he hauled away all of the debris.
I was quite satisfied with the work. I have referred Mr. Eaddy to others and they too were quite satisfied with his work. He saved one of my friends a lot of money because another contractor wanted to do unnecessary, expensive work on her furnace when in essence all the furnace needed was a very minor part.
