Pest Control
The actual inspection went fine, however; I learned later (when I was closing escrow) that they used the incorrect form. They were suppose to use a standard (revised as of 2005) Maryland WDI form, instead they used an old form that had been discontinued back in 2005. The Underwriter at B of A would not accept the Termite report. I was unable to reach Mike to discuss the issue and was forced to hire another pest inspection company (who used the correct form) at an additional charge. To top it off my closing was delayed 5 days! How a professional company does not know the correct State form to use for a routine inspection is beyond me. If they are careless in this manner they may be lackadaisical in other aspects of their business as well.
